The race for who to lead the New Patriotic Party in decision making at the Constituency level is heating up as flyers of the Incumbent Chairman, Zakaria Sulemana pops up on Social media.
Confirming the News, the special assistant to the current Npp chairman, Alhaji Aseaku has asserted that, the two time Chairman will be running for the third time.
” Yes, what you saw is true, chairman Zak is contesting again and this time around people should look out for him”.
He continued ” Chairman Zak has demostrated that he has the party at heart, He held this party together even in opposition and if the party is in power, it will be a great disservice if he abandons what he fought for”
The new Patriotic Party is gearing towards its National delegates conference to elect party leaders to run the affairs of the party.
The incumbent chairman is likely to recieve stiff competition after names like Chairman Abu Short,Alhaji Alhassan Aseidu many others are popping up.
